We opened doors in May of 2006 with the goal of offering our neighborhood the best gelato in Southern California. That’s why our gelato and sorbetto are made on-site in small batches with the freshest, purest, most local ingredients available. We use local, hormone-free milk… fresh, seasonal produce from growers at Farmer’s Markets (almost always organic)…Valrhona chocolates…Madagascar vanilla beans…organic yogurt from Strauss Dairy in Northern California. The list goes on. Protecting our environment is also important – we use corn-based biodegradable cups and encourage our customers to recycle their plastic spoons.
