Established in 2005, Demetria Estate is a family owned winery.   Our goal is to produce wines of distinction and character rivaling those of the world’s greatest wineries. Demetria Estate produces two separate portfolios of wines including, Burgundian varietals and Rhone-style blends that capture the singularity of the vineyards and the region from which they originated.

Faust is crafted at the Quintessa winery in Rutherford, a state-of-the-art winery with the most modern technologies.   The grapes are hand-picked, double-sorted, gently crushed and fermented in stainless steel and French oak fermentation tanks.  After cold-soak and fermentation, the must undergoes a maceration period that can last up to three weeks.  Critical flavor, aroma and color compounds are extracted at this phase.  The wine is then transferred to French oak barrels for an aging period of 19 months.

Perched on top of soaring coastal ridges that border the Pacific Ocean, Flowers’ estate vineyards were some of the first planted on the “extreme” Sonoma Coast (1991).  Flowers’ vineyards rise up just two miles from the rugged Pacific Ocean cliffs at elevations of 1,150 to 1,875 feet.  The maritime breezes and coastal fog cool the vineyards during the heat of summer allowing fruit to fully mature with fresh, complex flavors and lively acidity.

Grassini Family Winery is as singular as the wines crafted inside. Borrowed and adapted from 17th century Southern European approaches, the winery itself is embedded in a prominent hillside with the rear opening into spectacular wine caves. (The Romans stored their wine in catacombs, while the French used abandoned creyeres from which limestone had been excavated.) The caves ensure humidity and temperature control, while using a fraction of hydrocarbon or electrical energy sources. All the wood in the winery is reclaimed antique fir, having been milled from timbers discovered recently in the Oregon River. The timbers were used in the late 1800s to move materials downriver. The entire winery and vineyard is solar powered and the water used for irrigation is from the estate’s well-fed lake. And we gently transfer the wine to bottle, using only gravity. Nature’s perfect engine of gravity is put to work in all of our winery operations. With a constant eye towards sustainability, both history and the future will be served.

Wine lovers have made a pilgrimage to Grgich Hills Estate ever since Miljenko “Mike” Grgich’s Chardonnay beat the best of France at the famed 1976 Paris Tasting, allowing Mike to partner with Austin Hills to open our family owned and operated winery in 1977. Nestled in the heart of Napa Valley, we’re an iconic winery that farms 366 acres naturally, without artificial fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides and we use our passion and art to handcraft food-friendly, balanced and elegant wines.

The vineyards of the historic Lewelling Estate were established in 1864 near the western foothills in St. Helena by our great-great-grandfather, pioneer winegrower John Lewelling. Here, the gravelly loam soil and microclimate combine to produce exceptional Cabernets with rich cherry, currant and berry flavors that are enhanced by traditional winemaking methods and aging in French and American oak barrels. Our family is proud to present this wine that celebrates 144 years as one of the oldest continuously-owned family vineyards in the Napa Valley.

Tucked into the eastern hills of the Oakville appellation, squarely within the heart of Napa Valley, Miner Family Winery is the culmination of the story and the vision of owners Dave and Emily Miner. The Miners continue to create authentic, elegant and complex wines from a handful of high quality vineyards in Napa Valley and beyond.

Our eighty-three vineyard acres drape across the gentle rolling crest of the Mayacamas Mountains some 2000 feet above the floor of the Napa Valley. Being on the mountaintop provides many of the vines with desirable southern exposures, which is unique for a Spring Mountain property. The elevation also puts us above the morning fog that often blankets the Sonoma and Napa Valleys, with the result that the vines are bathed in sunshine from dawn to dusk.

Andrew and Laurel Quady left crowded southern California and their jobs in pyrotechnics and merchandising to pursue their dream: a non-urban way of life making wine. Returning to school, Andrew graduated with a Masters in Food Science-Enology from UC Davis and Laurel became a licensed CPA. In 1975, at the urging of friend Darrell Corti, they made their first port from Amador County Zinfandel at the now defunct Lodi Vintners where Andrew was working as an assistant winemaker. In 1977, settled in Madera in California’s Central Valley with Andrew working at Heublein, they built a small winery behind their country home and made port on evenings and weekends.

How did a student of history and a philosophy and music buff end up in Napa Valley making wine? It’s simple: we followed our hearts! The story of Relic is the story of us: two dreamers following our passion, falling head-over-heels for the epic wines of our times and falling in love with each other. We make wine because we love it and find it mysterious yet deeply satisfying. On the one hand wine provides simple pleasure, something to be shared with friends and family, complementary to a great meal, and on the other hand can be a magnifying glass into the soul of a vineyard site.

Spring Mountain Vineyard is an 850 acre estate of forest and vineyard on the eastern slopes of Spring Mountain which rises behind the town of Saint Helena. The vineyard occupies about 226 acres of the estate and is broken into 135 small and separate hillside vineyard blocks. Each small block and slope has a unique soil, exposure to the sun, and microclimate.  Each vineyard block produces a unique wine, giving the winemaker a wealth of choices.

Wicker Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from our vineyard located on the western slopes of Howell Mountain overlooking Napa Valley.  Aged 18 to 20 months in French oak, we are holding these incredible wines for release until they start to open up in the bottle.  The WOW! exclamation when tasting our late released Cabernet for the first time is a testament to the vineyard, the winemaking skills of Dennis Johns, and to the extended time in bottle.  These complex and silky textured Cabernets will delight your senses with the fullness of ripe black fruit flavors and a potpourri of aromas from tea leaves, sweet clove, orange peel, mint, cocoa and leather.  The long sweet finish will leave you longing for another sip.

VOSS isn’t your everyday water. It’s pure artesian water from Norway that’s bottled at its source. Though Norway is a small country, its pristine environment produces some of the best spring and artesian water sources on Earth. The VOSS source is in Southern Norway, and is naturally filtered, protecting VOSS from pollutants. The water is generated in an artesian aquifer, below ground. When tapped into, the aquifer is pressurized enough to allow the water to rise up naturally towards the surface.
